The 18th set of my 20th Anniversary Collection is a tribute to Progressive House, a style of dance music that was derived from Trance and rose to mainstream in the beginning of the 2000’s by the hands of “Prog” masters like Sasha and John Digweed. With a slower BPM compared to Trance, Progressive House has been always easier to dance to, and maybe that’s the reason it ended-up becoming popular here in Brazilian nightlife temples such as Sirena and Warung. In a 2h non-stop mix, “Progressive House” blends together some progressive classics along with more recent hits, bringing productions from artists like Gui Boratto, Eric Prydz, 16 Bit Lolitas, Axwell, Deadmau5 and Underworld, among others. For hardcore dancers, this set is highly recommended!
