The Holy Spirit brings power, but not for just anything. He brings power to witness to the Resurrection of Jesus. He is wind that is blowing and drawing and sending us in a direction, to join in his mission.
And while it's not power for just anything, it is power for anyone—young, old, rich, poor, male, female, of every nation, language—anyone who will say they need to be made whole.
