The Spirit is the participant in every conversation. You’re never talking with just another person—God is with us! How do we invite him into our every conversation? Ask the Lord, "What do you want to do here?" The Spirit is working. We listen, obey, join the conversation, ask questions, speak the Gospel, and baptize.
Would you ask the Spirit, "Lord, would you send me someone I can lead to the Lord? That I can see baptized?"
