We were made to need food and water, but even more fundamental to our existence is our connection to the Lord. We cannot live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord. This Lent, may we know our need for Jesus. May we come to the Bible hungry to read and feed on him, the Living Word.
