There are many people in and across the University who are driving change. In this special changemaker podcast series we shine a light on some of our Black academics and the excellent work they are doing in the university and outside to help drive change.

In this episode, Stephanie talks to Malcolm Richards about his work and how he is driving change. Malcolm talks about the importance of community and creating safe spaces within those communities.
