In this episode we delve into all things cryptocurrency; from the basics of what is a cryptocurrency, to looking at this cutting edge topic from an international perspective.
We are joined by three fantastic guests for this episode. Dr Henry Hillman, Senior Lecturer in Law at UWE Bristol, is an expert on cryptocurrencies, money laundering, banking regulation and financial crisis. Dr Phil Legg, Associate Professor in Cyber Security at UWE Bristol, has research interests addressing the intersections of cyber security, machine learning, visual analytics, and human-computer interaction. Finally, joining us from the Seychelles is UWE alumni Angelique Juliette, Advisor at Mazeltov Innovation and Justice. Angelique is currently setting up the Seychelles’ first independent mediation firm and believes that legal systems should adapt to the use of technology to provide quicker access to justice.
