In this episode, we spoke to Paradigm Norton about their recent bespoke Leadership Academy programme launched with UWE Bristol. Designed to strategically invest in the leaders of the future, the Leadership Academy saw participants cover topics in self-leadership, personal vision, succession, sustainability and legacy and conflict and confrontation. We talk about the importance of creating great leaders in a growing organisation, especially building resilience in times of crisis such as Covid-19.
