All you have to do is start a study session and Peep will track if you spend time on social media or other distracting apps. You can also compete against friends, share notes with others, and connect with students in the same class as you. The idea came to Luke after a single notification led to him wasting 45 minutes on his phone when he should have been writing his paper.
