Lynsey adds, as a contractor you can give back by leveraging elements such as the color scheme to create trauma-informed spaces.
Sarah suggests creating a place that provides a sense of calm using biophilic design. For example, adding a soft pink color, natural lighting, and the sound of a waterfall can make a huge difference!
