The Pioneer Valley is home to a thriving music scene, including many artists of color who want to make their voices heard. The Strange Noir Festival, held recently at the Flywheel Arts Collective in Easthampton, celebrated these performers, and raised funds for a summer tour and a local Black Lives Matter organization.
