Community stakeholders met with Bellingham Mayor Kim Lund, Bellingham Police Lt. Claudia Murphy and the city's Chief of Staff Janice Keller at the La Quinta Inn on Nov. 19 to discuss the homeless encampment on Northwest and Bakerview.
