Text of article:

(JULY 6, 2019) Vehicles are cars and trucks. Vehicles must stop at stop signs and traffic lights. It is a law. However, sometimes it is difficult for bicycles. So they do not always stop.

A new law in Oregon says that is OK. The law begins January 2020. Bicycles do not need to stop at stop signs.

Bicycles slow down. Then they continue without stopping. They do this when it is safe. Bicycles yield for other traffic. "Yield" means to stop for other vehicles.
