Three accusations are made against Paul: //
1. A personal allegation //
2. A political allegation //
3. A doctrinal allegation //

Paul responds that he serves the same God as his accusers, whom he serves with a clear conscience. Further he demonstrates how the gospel is central to his life and his defence. //

In this sermon we hear how dependent we are on God - on his Spirit - to live our lives and to stand innocent before him in the last judgement. Righteousness, self-control are the the work of Christ in us.
