The Holy Spirit is God. He manifests the power of God throughout history.
He is a person, not an impersonal force. His work is to point us to Christ and he enables us to understand Christ’s teaching.
All Christians have the Holy Spirit living within them. Receiving the Holy Spirit is not an event, howver; it’s a lifestyle of submission.
