NY, NY big city of dreams. Diggin’ through dusty crates, chillin’ in the studio, jazz sessions at Smalls. Man, that feeling sticks with you. the intern got to experience that way of life for a few days last summer and fell in love all over again. Back at home, fueled with loads of inspiration, he started cooking right away. Out came a wonderful homage to the home of the hardest ever. Sandwich at Katz’ or Pizza at Roberta’s? Dinner On Me. 🍕
