Allopathic vs. Alternative Medicine

In medicine, an "allopath" desires to eliminate illness by using pharmaceutical drugs and/or surgery, whereas an alternative doctor seeks to better understand the "etiology (cause)" of the illness. Family Practitioner, Lynn Jennings, MD, and I discuss the differences between the two types of medical practitioners. She has practiced medicine both ways and prefers one over the other.
