This song is an ode to Hip Hop's Golden Era, sampling Lil Kim's 1997 hit "Crush on you" as well as an interpolation of Choclair & MIMS' early 2000s hit "Love 'em All" (a regional party anthem, thanks to Baby Blue Soundcrew). Not only is 'FREAK' a familiar feel good record, but displays the budding bridge between the Ottawa & Toronto artists and models of all facets. The artwork for the single was shot and edited by TG (a Toronto-based photographer as well)(instagram.com/@amanliketrey) and featured model Kaam W. (instagram.com/kam.aria), who also appeared in "God Flower" from Jazz Cartier's 2018 album, "Fleurever".
