This episode is special!
LAN LAWD is a prolific reggae/dancehall artist from St Lucia. I came up with him in St Lucia through this event series called Tempest. We later went on to be part of a group together called House of Wax.
We got to sit down and chop it up with Lan Lawd on one of his trips back to St Lucia.
He took us to his ends for the interview, where we reminisced over where we came from, spoke about fatherhood, his experience through the pandemic, and the state of the music industry in St Lucia.
And of course, lots of dope music in this episode, including a brand new remix I did last night some incredible talent out here in Halifax!
