Leon is R&B royalty, as many of my friends have noted. He was a part of The Sylvers, a family group in the 70s, and then went on to become one of the biggest R&B producers of the 70s & 80s. He wrote and co-produced the huge hit, "And The Beat Goes On" and has produced many including The Whispers, Shalamar, Gladys Knight, Teddy Riley, New Kids On The Block, Midnight Star, The Spinners, and the list goes on.
