Gara Steinfeld aka Gara Love is a Psychotherapist in Delray Beach, Florida. She assists clients in gaining freedom from destructive patterns and behaviors, healing from trauma, and working through even the most difficult of times. She believes in creating a strong therapeutic bond and an environment conducive to healing as it is necessary her clients feel supported, grounded, and safe as they engage in the often-uncomfortable work involved in the healing process.
Gara knows that this work is not easy. In fact, it can be one of the most difficult (and greatest) challenges you’ve ever accepted, and she honors you for it.
