Description

In my years of practicing hundreds of forms of meditations, I distilled my understanding down to what I call the five gears of awareness and the five accelerations.

Five Gears:

1. Out: Sensory experience (sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste)
2. In: Feelings (pleasant, unpleasant, neutral) & Thoughts (visual, auditory)
3. Everything: Simply being as the “I Am” and welcoming everything that arises in consciousness
4. Nothing: Beyond the I Am. Prior to all concepts and perceptions. Indescribable. Surrendering to the mystery of mysteries.
5. Blessings: Infinite blessings to all beings and situations across all space and time.

Five Accelerations:

1. Recognize: Takes less than a moment.
2. Revisit: For two to five seconds
3. Refine: For ten to sixty minutes
4. Rest: Release sense of doing
5. Realize: The ending of all mental fluctuations

Each of the five gears can be accelerated in this way for and peace.
