This week we start with a brief discussion of a couple of things that occurred Monday -- Governor Walker's final draft budget and Governor-elect Dunleavy's announcement of his selection of OMB Director -- (at 2:38) and then turn to the weekly Top 3. They are: (1) why taking "excess" dollars from the ERA -- dollars above what is needed to fund Hammond 50/50 -- results in a long term PFD cut (7:55); (2) our view of Frank Murkowski's proposed new LNG option (22:50); and (3) some background on why we may be headed to a partial federal government shutdown (29:23).
