This week we only cover the first two of our issues: 1) as the drumbeat starts for increasing the base student allocation (BSA), we discuss why we need to be talking about #WhoPays for any increase at the same time as we discuss whether and how much any increase should be (2:09), and 2) Michael and I debate whether the Governor should have vetoed the tax on e-cigarettes that overwhelmingly passed both bodies of the legislature this past session (17:04).
We took so long on the second, we rolled the third - our reaction to the appointment of Deven Mitchell as the interim Commissioner of Revenue - to next week.
