Born & Raised in London UK, James has been writing, producing and doing for 16 years. Now DJ’ing and producing under the guise of Made By Pete, his work has been snapped up by taste-making labels like Crosstown Rebels, Gruuv, Selador, Yoshitoshi and Kerri Chandler’s MadTech Records.
His 2018 ‘So Long EP’ featuring Jem Cooke topped the Beatport Deep House chart and featured remixes from Solomon & Audiojack. The EP also received heavy rotation from Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1. His music is regularly supported by key players like Damian Lazarus, Sasha, Hot Since 82, Kolsch, Eats Everything, Matthias Tanzmann and Joris Voorn to name a few.
As a DJ, he has performed all over the world from Space Ibiza to Chinese Laundry in Sydney, Thailand’s infamous Full Moon Party and at home in the UK at Fabric, Studio 338, Brixton Academy, Egg, and Birmingham’s Rainbow Venues.
