We're at the mid-point of the NFL season, the trade deadline has come and gone, and the Ravens sit at a surprising 3-5 record that they'll spend the next several months trying to dig their way out of. They got off to a good start of that a week ago tonight when they dispatched of the Dolphins in Lamar Jackson's first game back from injury, but this week poses a different test. The 4-4 Minnesota Vikings are off to a shaky start of their own at 4-4, but are fresh off of a victory over their division rival Lions who are legitimate Super Bowl contenders. Perhaps as inspiring as the win was the fact that their young QB J.J. McCarthy returned from an injury of his own, and led the way with two touchdown passes after some had begun to lose faith in him. Facing a potentially revitalized McCarthy, a Brian Flores defensive scheme that's given Jackson fits in the past, and a talented roster in a loud environment, the Ravens have their work cut out for them this weekend. Can they pull it off? Jake and Spenny are here to give their predictions as always. Thanks for tuning in, and we'll be back at you very soon.
