American producer art3mis makes his Play debut with Family, a 4-track EP of catchy, uplifting progressive house bangers.
"The biggest force behind these tracks is failed relationships," admits art3mis. "But having a more upbeat melody to go with darker lyrics makes me want to dance the bad vibes away."
Having had a mostly tech house palette, art3mis stepped outside his comfort zone for the Family EP, delivering his first productions to employ vocals. With a nod to influences such as Martin Garrix and Vinai, art3mis finds a solid footing with Family for the next step of his artistic evolution.
