Two ballot measures are up for a vote this November looking to address housing in Telluride. Hear from representatives in support of Citizen Initiative 300 and Ballot Measure 2D.
300 would cap short term rentals to 400, with exceptions for locals who rent their primary residence and units not allowed for owner occupancy.
2D would put a moratorium on short term rental licenses for two years and double the fees of short term rental business licenses with the funds going to affordable housing.
