In US markets, the Dow Jones surged to its first record high since January on Thursday as gains in Apple and a decrease in trade fears lifted the 30-stock index. The Dow jumped over 250 points or +0.95% to 26,657 taking the run to seven gains in the last eight sessions. The broader S&P500 was up +0.78% while the tech-centric NASDAQ was up +0.98%.
