US markets rallied, buoyed by some upbeat economic data a day after the Federal Reserve raised interest rates and upwardly revised their gross domestic product (GDP) growth forecasts for 2018 and 2019 - Dow up +55-points or +0.21% The broader S&P500 added +0.28%, snapping a four session losing streak NASDAQ +0.65%. Apple Inc gained +1.9% after J.P. Morgan reinitiated formal research coverage on the stock with an 'overweight' rating, noting that the company is "transforming from a hardware company to a services company faster than investors had expected." Tesla Inc fell ~6% in after hours trading after the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit against Chief Executive Elon Musk seeking to ban him from serving as an officer or director of a public company. The lawsuit followed a tweet earlier this year from Musk in which he said he was looking to take Tesla private. The SEC stated that "In truth and in fact, Musk had not even discussed, much less confirmed, key deal terms, including price, with any potential funding source."
