US markets settled with modest losses ahead of the G20 summit and with the transcript of the Federal Reserve’s November meeting containing few surprises other than to reiterate the widespread belief that the Central Bank is prepared to raise interest rates again soon - Dow up -28-points or -0.11% , paring an earlier slide of over >160-points. The broader S&P500 slipped -0.22%, NASDAQ -0.25%. On the trade front, President Trump said he was “close to doing something with China” but that he wasn’t sure he wanted to, citing revenue from tariffs on Chinese imports.
