Wall Street's rebound rally extended into a third session amid an apparent de-escalation in tensions between the US and China over trade, with White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow noting that tariff negotiations are ongoing and could have a positive ending - Dow up +241-points or +0.99% and the broader S&P500 +0.69%, NASDAQ +0.49%. Kudlow was quoted on Fox Business as saying “Don’t overreact, we’ll see how this works out. My view is, look, I’m a growth guy, I’m a Reagan supply-side growth guy. I think at the end of this whole process, the end of the rainbow, there’s a pot of gold.” Kudlow also said of President Trump that " there are carrots and sticks in life, but he is ultimately a free trader."
