US stocks closed higher on Thursday as technology shares rose, but investors remained on edge as the U.S. prepared to slap tariffs on goods imported from China. The Dow finished the session up 182 points or +0.75%, the S&P500 finished up 23 points or +0.86% and the NASDAQ was up 84 points or +1.12%.
