US equity markets closed out a bruising week on a positive note - Dow up +307-points or +1.20% The broader S&P500 rallied +1.44% and the technology-centric NASDAQ +1.67%. Nvidia Corp rallied +7.25% following the chip maker's solid second quarter result late last Thursday (15 August). For the week, the Dow lost -1.53%, S&P500 -1.03% and the Nasdaq -0.79%.
