US markets The Dow closed more than 200 points lower after Trump taunted Russia. President Trump lobbed back at Russia via Twitter, promising to fire missiles at Syria in response to a recent chemical weapons attack allegedly carried out by the government of Syrian President Bashar Assad. Trump said in a tweet: “Get ready Russia, because they will be coming, nice and new and ‘smart!’”. “You shouldn’t be partners with a Gas Killing Animal who kills his people and enjoys it!”
