Tesla Inc fell -1.74% but finished off its session lows following a regulatory filing showing Elon Musk plans to acquire US$20M worth of shares in the electric vehicle maker "during the next open trading window". News of the filing came after reports that Telsa's vice president of manufacturing had left the company.
