The major banks led the benchmark US indices a little lower to end the month - Dow lost -21-points or -0.10% and the broader S&P500 -0.05%. The tehcnology-centric NASDAQ slipped -0.08%. The Dow added +0.32% in May, lagging both the both the S&P500 (+1.15%) and Nasdaq (+2.24%).
