US equity markets posted their worst declines in two-months amid a clutch of disappointing corporate earnings releases, while investors also eyed another rise in bond yields to five-month highs - Dow down -112-points or -0.48%, its biggest single-session decline since 5 September albeit off session lows that saw the index down almost 200-points. The broader S&P500 fell -0.47%, with industrials and telecommunications at the forefront of sector declines. The technology-centric NASDAQ lost -0.52%, with all of Amazon, Google parent Alphabet and Microsoft slated to release quarterly results tonight AEDT.
