US bond and equity markets were CLOSED for the Memorial Day holiday.
Europe's main markets were narrowly mixed in muted trading following a lacklustre session on Asian bourses yesterday and with Wall Street closed for business - DAX added +0.21%, while the CAC eased -0.08%.
