U.S. markets were mostly higher overnight amid growing optimism that Republican lawmakers would be able to revamp the corporate tax system and while the U.S. Federal Reserve holds their monetary policy meeting - Dow up +154-points or +0.6%, the broader S&P500 +0.3%, while the technology-centric NASDAQ ended the day slightly lower, down -0.1%.
