U.S. markets fell overnight as large-cap technology stocks fell more than 1 percent, while a Senate vote delay raised greater policy uncertainty. The Dow fell -99 points, or -0.5%, the S& P 500 fell -0.8%, while the NASDAQ shed -1.6%.
