Description

Keorapetse William Kgositsile, the South African poet, discusses the misinformation people outside of South Africa receive on the political issues of his country, and working as an author in exile in the U.S., as well as in exile in his native country. He reads a selection of his poems, including "Logistics" and "Ivory Masks in Orbit." Following the reading, Jayne Cortez, Raymond Patterson, Wilfred Cartey, and Wesley Brown ask Kgositsile questions of their own.
