Description

Back in late 1999 I released a track at mp3.com called "Cracking the Ice". It was a surprise to me at the time, but that hit a nerve with people and it still does today, I recently released my 600th track and I knew just like with I released a special version of "Black Ice" (So special, that nobody knew that the core of that track called "300" was totally "Black Ice" so for number 600, I wanted to revisit "Cracking the Ice".
To do this I wanted:

1) I wanted the new track to "fade" in from "Cracking the Ice"
2) I wanted it reflect the complexity that "Wintermut3" has become
3) I wanted to build on the house piano lines of the original song
4) I wanted it to have the same feel and power of "Cracking the Ice"

This newer mix has the "Fire and Ice" that has always been
at the core of Wintermut3 music. It also has a stronger set of EDM elements,
althrough the basses are not via Massive as I still can not get Massive to start right under Windows 10 :/
... Here is the second and maybe last attempt.... enjoy
