As I worked on "Four Horses" a robotic themed version of Robert Johnson's meeting at the crossroads slowly emerged some of that work went into "Doors" and more went into the the WIP song "Rusted Cross" but there was still more element and themes so I decided to a blues/funk infused into techno which resulted in two songs about the road themselves. One song, this one is set at night and the other is the cross roads in the day. Since there are a ton of "crossroads" named songs, I decided to call one Night Cross and the other Day Cross...(hint, this may be the begin of a multipart work that will span all the stations of the cross and will be spread over multiple albums...
