2nd Version...2 new Basslines
This is a lot more than a cover as over 90% of it is mine, but since it is so heavily inspired by Daft Punk's "Veridis Quo" from their "Discovery" album I wanted to give them full source credits. The basslines are highly inspired by them as is the filtering--Daft Punk and Air more or less started a genre know as "French House", also know as "Filtered House".
Of course all the piano work is mine except for the brief homage at 5:18 where we hear a derivative of the melody from the original "Veridis Quo" which then settles back into my piano lines and of course the main chord progression is Daft Punk's also from "Veridis Quo". I chose the title Quo Vardis, which Veridas Quo is a play on words of..both have strong biblical reference, hence the cover pic of Saint Peter...
