The Mansisters is the moniker of the infamous Kasper Bjørke and Sexy Lazer - the Copenhagen residents who are also behind the series of curated releases on hfn music known as Sisters & Brothers.
Now the duo found time in their crazy production and touring schedules to pull together a superb new EP that further raises the bar of the series.
‘Amigo’ is the lead track, a bouncy post wave groove thing with a killer bassline and splashes of fuzz guitar.
‘Belly’ is a low slung bass affair, slowly introducing percussion, but maintaining a deep, wonky vibe throughout.
‘Queens of The Night’ steps up the tempo with crisp programmed beats and an arpeggiated bass line. The lead synth line is pure Kosmische and a cheeky tempo drop brings a new direction to the cut.
Finally Paulor, the Mexican producer and DJ, also adds his touch to lead track ‘Amigo’, bringing in multiple new flavours in his epic 9 minute remix.
