Could the noise around us be so loud that we struggle to hear His voice - God's voice. The children of Israel once struggled to hear the Father's voice...the word of the Lord was rare the scriptures say.
But when He does speak, and when we do hear...are we willing like Eli to say - Give me your word, your servant is listening? Better still, can we utter these words, even when they're tough - Your word is good!
