On Saturday, February 11th, I was honored to be the primary support opening DJ for world-renown Anjuna star, Progressive and Techno UK record producer and DJ, Damion Houchen, better known by his stage name, GENIX. I am lucky enough to have opened for GENIX twice now, the first time was at a club in Seattle called The Underground, which was a super fun little 200-person club and unfortunately is no longer open due to COVID, but this time it was at ORA, which is one of the coolest clubs in Seattle, and the crowd there that night for GENIX was truly something special. I had a ton of friends show up to the show as well so it's always extra fun to play a set and look down from the DJ booth to see a bunch of smiling faces of people you know, that is the best feeling. GENIX was such a sweetheart, and the Anjuna and Trance Fam vibes were so magical that evening. I had kind of an eclectic set that night that bounced around from some more organic sounding house to trance to progressive house to more trance haha, but it all seemed to fall together quite nicely and the crowd seemed to really enjoy it, so I hope that you do too, at least as much as I enjoyed playing it!!
