On Tuesday, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare reported 1,224 new cases and 30 new deaths. Including cases from the weekend and MLK Day, that brings the statewide total to 156,778 known cases and 1,673 deaths.
Today, Governor Brad Little announced he is making an additional 150 Idaho National Guard members available to help with vaccine distribution, for a total of 400 guard members. Little also announced new grants for COVID-19 vaccine providers to help with supplies, staffing and more.
