Universe At Peace EP (2016 Reissue/Bonus Edition) is the 2016 Reissue of R14's previously unavailable twelth ane final extended-play released under the project before Neil Ricard stopped working as R14 and it's era slowly ended. "Genuflections" would be the last full length release in November 2015 before the R14-era's music was shelved in Feb. 2016.
All of the Original 14 shelved R14-era music releases (Dec. 2014 - Nov. 15') are now Reissued on Neil Ricard's Official Bandcamp for Free Digital Download.
"Universe At Peace EP" is a 3 song (and 3 instrumental) EP and the 12th release by R14, an alias for artist Neil Ricard. It was originally released on August 29, 2015 to Bandcamp & Soundcloud.
Using psychedelic vocals and synthpop rythmns, the EP is a crossover between electronic funk, vocal pop, and, neopsychedelic & experimental music. It also blends electro-acoustic instruments and synthesizers.
