In this episode, Colin and Elliot recap his first triathlon of 2020, the Live Free and Tri half Ironman on August 29th in Freedom, NH! Colin placed 2nd overall! As racing slowly comes back, we urge everyone to support local racing by signing up for events and participating in their local triathlon and endurance communities.
